An Overview of Voice Archive Server
Implementation of VolP services is proving to revolutionize the delivery of voice services and recent advances in the capabilities of VolP applications have greatly increased the security, reliability, capacity and viability of the service for use in high-demand environments.
In line with this, the Voice Archive Server is a powerful tool for managing these digital recordings so as to provide voice data monitoring, archival and easy search and retrieval of recordings generated by these VolP systems like IP phones, PA (Public Announcement) and LLPA Systems (Long Line PA), Emergency Telephone conversations, etc.
The tool comes with a powerful client-server module that monitors specified locations automatically importing the data and meta-data into the central repository for easy management, retrieval and monitoring. Users can then have easy access to all this information in a powerful and user-friendly front-end. This application provides an easy-to-use interface for accessing the data on the server. It consists of Client Module and Server Module.
Audio Cabinet [Client Module]
The Audio Cabinet contains two tabs, Directory and Recent Audio Files. Audio Directory contains the two default databases in which all the audio files are monitored namely Emergency Telephone and Long Line Public Announcement.
Recent Audio Files tab displays the latest audio files archived or imported into the system. When the user click the specific audio file it will show the location in the Directory tab.

Audio Player [Client Module]
Use these controls to adjust the volume level and to control basic playback tasks such as playing, pausing, stopping, rewinding, and fast-forwarding audio files.
